What's in the name

A SNIPER has little or no room for a mistake, an inch either way can prevent hitting the target. So precision and temperament are key to a successful hit. Its the same with recruiting the perfect candidate for the right job. There is no room for misses.

My name is Joshua

I decided to start RecruitingSniper as I saw a diminishing breed of great Recruiters and companies having below par experience with Agencies.

My vision is that every candidate and every company has an awesome experience working with us.

I am a Technical Recruiter at heart, began a sourcer (and still am) then a recruiter and now a Leader while building amazing teams. Recently built a team at a startup which gave me amazing learning on nuances of building from scratch. Was the first recruiter to build Airbnb's engineering team in India, Worked At Google and Microsoft and built complex teams and learnt tons. I am data oriented, so you will not find me making decisions without Data. And finally, I love coffee!!!
